These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mussoorieultra.com (the “Website”), operated by PikuSports Entertainment Private Limited (“PikuSports”, “we”, “us”), the organiser of the Mussoorie Ultra Marathon. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation or security.
2. Event information
The Website provides information about the Mussoorie Ultra Marathon, including race categories, dates, venue, route map and elevation details. The 2nd edition is scheduled for 29 November 2026 at The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie, with a BIB Expo and musical evening on 28 November 2026. We take care to keep information accurate but dates, timings, routes, race categories and facilities may change because of weather, safety, permissions or other circumstances. Please check the Website and official communication before the event.
3. Registration and tickets
Registrations and tickets are sold through third-party platforms such as District (by Zomato) and Townscript. Your purchase is subject to the terms of the platform you use as well as the participation rules shared by the organisers. We are not responsible for the platforms’ services, availability or payment processing. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Participation
Participation in the event is subject to our Participant Disclaimer. Participants must follow race rules and instructions from organisers, marshals and medical staff. The organisers may refuse entry to, or disqualify, anyone who breaches the rules or endangers others.
5. Intellectual property
The Website content, including the Mussoorie Ultra name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, route maps and design, belongs to PikuSports or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Sponsor and partner names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Website contains links to third-party websites, including ticketing platforms, social media pages and news outlets. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
